Katrina Group (SGX:1A0) increased its issued share capital to 247,391,008 ordinary shares, following the exercise of 1,778,000 warrants at S$0.02 each on Dec. 27, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares will be listed on the Singapore Exchange's Catalist Board Tuesday, Dec. 31, with trading set to commence at 9 am. The company has 217,571,008 outstanding warrants as of Dec. 28.
