Vallianz (SGX:WPC) was recently the subject of a ransomware incident during which an unknown party gained access to its servers, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The operator of offshore support vessels said it took "immediate action" to identify, contain, and address the incident and activated its business continuity plan.

Vallianz added that the cybersecurity incident has been reported to the relevant authorities.

Based on a preliminary assessment, Vallianz stated that the incident had no significant impact on its business operations.
