Soho China (HKG:0410) appointed Grant Thornton Hong Kong as its auditor with effect from Monday, which will hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The appointment came following the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers from the very same post after the company and its now-former auditor could not reach an agreement regarding the auditor's remuneration for the year ending 31 December 2024.
