JH Educational Technology's (HKG:1935) affiliate, Zhengzhou College of Economics and Business, won the bid for the land use rights for certain land in Henan, China, for 136.0 million yuan, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The land is in Shangjie District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, and has a total site area of 229,284.93 square meters. It was offered for sale by Zhengzhou City Shangjie District Natural Resources
Bureau at an Auction.
The land is planned for the construction of a new campus of the College of Economics and Business.
The acquisition will be funded through the internal resources of the group, according to the filing.
