Aimfinity Investment (AIMAU) said late Friday it extended the deadline by which the company must complete its initial business combination to Jan. 28 from Dec. 28.
The blank-check company said the manager of its sponsor deposited a total of $60,000 in its trust account as a monthly extension deposit.
