Spackman Entertainment Group (SGX:BN4) completed the disposal of its entire stake in Spackman Equities to Korean businessman Kim Tae Han for a consideration of $1, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The disposal is part of the group's proposed restructuring aimed at streamlining its corporate structure to improve operational efficiency.
