China Kepei Education Group (HKG:1890) reported a profit attributable to the owners of 827.8 million yuan for the year ended Aug. 31, compared with 743.3 million yuan in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share were 0.4114 yuan, compared with 0.3694 yuan from the year-ago period.
The company's revenue was 1.69 billion yuan, compared with 1.52 billion yuan in the previous year period.
The board recommends a final dividend of HK$0.06 per share.
