Hua Hong Semiconductor (HKG:1347, SHA:688347) agreed to continue to sell semiconductor products to its substantial shareholder, Shanghai Huahong (Group), and its subsidiaries for another year.
The company also agreed to continue purchasing materials and other semiconductor products from Shanghai Huahong (Group) companies for the next year, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shanghai Huahong Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing, a subsidiary of the company, also agreed to continue to engage Huajin Property Management for the provision of property management services for the dormitory premises situated at Hua Hong Innovation Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, for the next year.
Shanghai Huahong Grace also agreed to renew its lease of certain clean rooms in the factory at the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, to Shanghai Huali Microelectronic for the full year 2025.
