Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:CRPU) has extended the Hefei development completion date to Dec. 31, 2026, and the buyback option to Jan.1, 2027.
The extension follows the lapse of a joint venture agreement for phase two developments, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
