Accrelist (SGX:QZG) subscribed to 15 million shares in MClean Technologies (KLSE:MCLEAN) through a private placement at an issue price of 0.27 ringgit per share.
The subscription, amounting to 4.1 million ringgit, will represent 6.08% of MClean's enlarged share capital, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Accrelist Crowdfunding intends to maintain its strategic shareholding in MClean, with Accrelist Crowdfunding set to hold 24.85% of MClean's enlarged capital post-placement.
