Acquisition expands retailer’s addressable market by $15 billion; Provides $1 billion revenue opportunity at full scale

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., December 30, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO), the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Allivet, a privately-held online pet pharmacy. The plans to acquire Allivet were previously announced on October 24, 2024.

The acquisition of Allivet expands the company’s total addressable market by $15 billion to $225 billion.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
