China Longyuan Power (HKG:0916, SHE:001289) completed the issue of 1 billion yuan of ultra short-term debentures on Dec. 27, a Monday bourse filing said.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.68% and will mature in 179 days.
The power company will use proceeds from the issue to replenish working capital or repay debt.
