Concord Healthcare Group (HKG:2453) agreed to engage the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research for consultation services regarding organizational objectives and clinical practices for the group under the parties' three-year cooperation agreement, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
For the first year under the cooperation agreement, the group will focus on improving its planning and clinical service capability for its hospital projects.
