Nixxy (NIXX) said Friday it has appointed Debra Chen Volpone as chief executive officer and a member of its board of directors, effective immediately.
Volpone most recently served as director of a boutique corporate communications firm based in Los Angeles, according to the company.
Shares of the company were up 5.3% in recent trading.
