China Resources Pharmaceutical Group (HKG:3320) agreed to cooperate with China Resources Bank of Zhuhai and China Resources SZITIC Trust for another three years, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the renewed agreement, the company will utilize the CR Bank's financial services and products including the provision of letters of credit, guarantees, loans with collaterals, bills of exchange, and discount services among others.

For the cooperation with the CR Trust, the group may utilize the services and products from the CR Trust including cash management, asset management, custodian trust loan services, and assignment of receivables among others.
