Kingsmen Creatives (SGX:5MZ) said its 24.46%-owned associates, Kingsmen Korea and Kingsmen E&E, have merged, with Kingsmen Korea as the surviving entity, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Effective Dec. 31, 2024, all assets and liabilities of Kingsmen E&E have been transferred to Kingsmen Korea. The amalgamation is not expected to impact earnings per share or net tangible assets for the year ending Dec. 31, 2024.
