Modern Dental Group (HKG:3600) renewed several tenancy agreements for premises in Hong Kong and China, according to its filing on Tuesday.
Agreements include a two-year lease for Premises I, V, VI, and VII starting Jan. 1, with Most Wealth, Chan Kwun Fung, Chan Kwun Pan, and Chan Chi Yuen as landlords.
One-year agreements for Premises II, III, and IV were signed with various landlords, also commencing on Jan. 1.
These agreements are classified as connected transactions under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules, and the group must recognize them as right-of-use assets per IFRS 16.
