Jinhai Medical Technology's (HKG:2225) unit Shanghai Jinhai Xiehuan Medical Technology agreed to engage Sinopharm Holdings Lingshang Hospital Management Services (Shanghai) for exclusive distribution of certain high-ended medical devices of the group in China, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The term of the said cooperation lasts up to October 2025.
The cooperation is a part of the group's initiative towards developing and expanding its business of provision of minimally invasive surgery solutions and medical products and related services in China.
