IHH Healthcare Berhad (SGX:Q0F) issued 40,000 new shares under its Enterprise Option Scheme (EOS), according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The issuance comprises 30,000 shares priced at 6.02 Malaysian ringgit each under the 2018 EOS grant and 10,000 shares priced at 5.92 ringgit each under the 2022 grant.

Following the corporate action, IHH's total issued shares increased to 8.81 billion, with a share capital of 20.05 billion ringgit. The new shares will be listed on Jan. 6.
