Trading in China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings' (HKG:0527) shares will resume on the Stock Exchange at 9 am on Friday, according to its filing on Thursday.
The company has extended the long stop dates for share and convertible bonds (CB) subscription agreements to June 30 due to delays in meeting conditions, such as necessary shareholder approvals.
A second supplemental agreement also extends the termination date of the equity transfer framework deal with vendors to June 30, as approvals from Hebei Transportation Investment Group are still pending.
The audit of the target company's financial statements for 2024 is set to begin soon, while all other agreement terms remain unchanged.
