88 Energy (ASX:88E) said its US joint venture partner, Burgundy Xploration, intends to fund the company's 2025-2026 work program for its Phoenix project in Alaska, for an additional working interest in the project, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company added that it is reviewing the proposal's terms, subject to further negotiations, the filing said.
