Zhenro Properties Group (HKG:6158) contracted sales in December 2024 amounted to 739 million yuan with an aggregate gross floor area of 45,026 square meters, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The average selling price for the month was about 16,400 yuan per square meter, the filing said.
For the 12 months ended Dec. 31, the company posted total contracted sales of 6.73 billion yuan with an aggregate gross floor area of 458,885 square meters. The average selling price for the period was about 14,700 yuan per square meter.
