N2OFF (NITO) said Thursday it won approval to submit a statutory plan for its 111 MWp solar photovoltaic joint-venture project in Melz, Germany.
Shares more than quadrupled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 525 million from a daily average of about 3.2 million.
Meanwhile, Carmell (CTCX) said Thursday that it signed an agreement with PMGC Holdings (ELAB) and its Elevai Skincare subsidiary to acquire the assets related to Elevai's skincare and haircare business.
Shares soared 157% as intraday trading volume surged to more than 285 million from a daily average of about 6.1 million.
This comes as SuperCom (SPCB) said Thursday it secured two new contracts with unnamed agencies in Kentucky to deploy its public safety technologies. The firm did not disclose the deal's financial terms.
Shares jumped 69%, with intraday trading volume at over 34.6 million compared with a daily average of about 168,000.
