5G Networks (ASX:5GN) Managing Director Joe Demase sold about 55 million shares at AU$0.15 per share to Singapore-based 5GN Cloud for a total of AU$8.25 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Demase disposed of his shares for succession planning purposes, the filing said.
