Perfect Medical Health Management (HKG:1830) granted 3,768,000 share options to eligible employees on Tuesday, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The options make the employees eligible to subscribe for a total of 3,768,000 new ordinary shares in the company at HK$2.208 apiece for up to 10 years. The shares represent about 0.3% of its issued share capital.
The options were granted under a share option scheme adopted by the medical health and medical beauty services provider on Aug. 13, 2021.
