Smart nutrition company Aayush Wellness (BOM:539528) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary named Aayush Worldwide to tap into global markets, according to a Tuesday filing to the stock exchanges.
The new entity aims to boost the company's export capabilities, which will help unlock new revenue streams and cater to the demand for high-quality health supplements, medications, and wellness products in international markets.
The company has fully subscribed to 250,000 equity shares in Aayush Worldwide.
