China International Marine Containers (Group) (HKG:2039) repurchased another 20 million shares of CIMC Enric (HKG:3899) in the market at HK$6.80 apiece, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The repurchase was made between Nov. 27, 2024, and Jan. 7, 2025. The repurchased shares make up about 0.986% of the total issued shares of the target.
The company held about 69.074% of the total issued shares of the target before the repurchases. After the buyback, the company now holds 70.060% of the total issued shares of the target.
