ZenaTech (ZENA) said Tuesday it signed a letter of intent to acquire a workforce scheduling software company to develop quantum computing-based products.
Financial terms were not provided.
The company said it plans to integrate quantum computing into its artificial intelligence drone and enterprise Software-as-a-Service products, aiming to support workforce management tasks such as scheduling and resource allocation.
The acquisition is expected to close by the end of January, ZenaTech added.
Shares of ZenaTech were up more than 9% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
