Grand Seasons, part of the MTR (HKG:0066) and Wheelock co-development Lohas Park, rolled out 138 units for the project, The Standard reported Tuesday.
The developers released the price list on Monday, with the cheapest at about HK$4.5 million or HK$13,989 per square foot after discounts, the report said.
Meanwhile, New World Development's (HKG:0017) State Pavilia rolled out 24 special apartment units at the redevelopment of the State Theatre in North Point, the report said.
The model unit for visitors was three times overbooked, the report said.
