Beverly JCG (SGX:9QX) has issued 2.8 million new shares under its share performance plan following the vesting of awards, increasing its total issued shares to 635.6 million from 632.9 million, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares rank equally with existing ordinary shares but exclude rights to distributions with record dates before issuance.
