Sapphire (SGX:BRD) subsidiary Chengdu Kai Qi Rui Business Management has increased the paid-up capital of Ranken Railway Construction Group by 13 million yuan, capitalizing dividends from Ranken's 2023 payout, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Following the capital increase, Chengdu Kai Qi Rui maintains a 49.8% stake in Ranken.
