Infratil (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) said that data center CDC, in which it holds a 48.2% stake, has successfully secured over 230 megawatts (MW) of new customer contracts, with more than half of these agreements in the form of reservations, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourse.
CDC expects a "significant" portion of these reservations to convert into customer capacity in 2025, the filing said.
The data center has 388 MW of built capacity under construction and plans to start additional projects totaling over 200 MW within six months, the company said.
The company's Australia and New Zealand shares were each down past 1% in recent Monday trade.
