Global Investments (SGX:B73) repurchased 300,000 shares on Friday for SG$36,027, according to a same-day filing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
The purchase was made for SG$0.12 per share.
Since the start of its buyback program on April 26, 2024, the company has repurchased 46.3 million shares, or 2.87% of its issued shares, excluding treasury stock.
