** Company posts Q2 net sales of $954.7 mln, compared with $523.2 mln for the same period last year
** It says sales boosted by the Thanksgiving holiday and the acquisition of egg production assets of ISE America, as well as increase in the prices of eggs
** Cal-Maine reports Q2 net income of $219.1 mln or $4.47 per share, compared with $17 mln or 35 cents per share a year ago
** Company adds that facilities in Kansas and Texas, which experienced bird flu outbreaks in fiscal 2024, are now fully operational
** CALM rose nearly 80% in 2024
