Cal-Maine Foods (CALM): The U.S.'s largest egg producer reported stronger-than-expected quarterly profits. Shares rose nearly 4% in afterhours trading. The bird flu outbreak has killed off flocks, sending egg prices higher.

Moderna $(MRNA)$: Shares in the vaccine maker rose 7% ahead of the open, poised to extend Tuesday rally, which came after officials confirmed the first American death caused by the H5N1 avian flu strain.

Flutter Entertainment $(FLUT)$: The sports-betting company cut financial estimates for 2024, saying the NFL season saw the highest rate of favorites winning in nearly 20 years. Shares of the FanDuel parent fell in the U.K., as well as in offhours U.S. trading.

Nvidia $(NVDA)$: The chip maker's shares rallied premarket, following a rollercoaster start to the week. The stock closed at a record high Monday, ahead of a keynote speech by Chief Executive Jensen Huang, before sliding 6% Tuesday.

ExxonMobil $(XOM)$: The oil company said it expects falling oil prices to drag on fourth-quarter earnings, while higher gas prices will provide a boost.

Samsung Electronics (KR:005930): The world's largest maker of memory chips and smartphones forecast a continued slowdown in quarterly earnings. Nonetheless, shares rallied, up 3.4% in South Korea.

Albertsons $(ACI)$: The supermarket chain is due to report quarterly results before the opening bell, a few weeks after the collapse of its $20 billion sale to rival Kroger $(KR)$.
