Scientech's (TPE:3583) board approved the acquisition of property by its unit Scientech Engineering (Shanghai) for 34.4 million yuan.
The property, spanning 1,160.91 square meters, with a co-owned land parcel of 6,018 square meters, is located in Shanghai, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The acquisition is intended for operational purposes, the electronic products manufacturer noted.
