Renovaro (RENB) said Tuesday it has appointed Nathen Fuentes as chief financial officer, replacing interim CFO Simon Tarsh.

Fuentes, whose appointment took effect Jan. 2, was previously CFO at Telomir Pharmaceuticals (TELO), Renovaro said.

Renovaro shares rose 3% in recent Tuesday trading.
