Arts Optical International (HKG:1120) is unaware of any reason for the unusual fluctuation in the recent price and trading volume of the company's shares, and there is no inside information that needs to be disclosed as per the relevant regulations, the company said in a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
However, the company has entered into certain framework agreements with potential partners, planning to cooperate on developing smart glasses and virtual-reality-related optical accessories.
The said cooperation is in discussion as of now and may or may not materialize.
