CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 2.4 billion yuan in December 2024, with a gross floor area of 197,700 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The property company's average selling price stood at approximately 11,400 yuan per square meter in the month.
Contracted sales attributable to equity owners of the firm reached around 1.19 billion yuan in December.
For the entire 2024, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 33.7 billion yuan and 2.8 million square meters, respectively.
