Serko (ASX:SKO) said that its acquisition of Nasdaq-listed Sabre's business travel management platform, GetThere closed on Tuesday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
The firm's partnership with Sabre began on Tuesday as well, the filing said.
In a previous filing, Serko agreed to buy GetThere for $12 million in October 2024 as part of its North American expansion.
As part of the deal, Serko and Sabre will co-develop and co-invest in the corporate travel space for an initial term of five years, according to the filing.
