Mithril Resources (ASX:MTH) brought Daniel Kunz and Associates on board to support work at its Copalquin silver-gold property in Mexico, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company engaged the consulting firm for a period of 12 months, the filing said. The services the consultants will provide include review and analysis of all geological parameters derived from core logging, multi-element assays, and ongoing support for resource estimation work.
The consultants will be issued 735,000 unlisted share options exercisable at AU$0.70 for two years from the date of issue.
The consulting firm is founded and led by Daniel Kunz, formerly the founding chief executive of Prime Mining, which is working on its Los Reyes precious metals project, within the same geologic region as Mithril's Copalquin project.
