Lincotrade & Associates (SGX:BFT), through wholly owned subsidiary Lincotrade Capital, entered into a shareholders agreement to subscribe for 300,000 shares or a 30% equity interest in Malaysia's Linc Venture Land.
The Malaysian firm has an issued and paid up capital of 1.0 million ringgit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesdy.
The newly-established company's principal activities are property development and investment holding.
