Shimao Group Holdings (HKG:0813) recorded contracted sales of about 2.83 billion yuan in December, 2024 with 224,856 square meters in contracted sold area, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The property firm's average selling price was 12,590 yuan per square meter.
From the entire 2024, contracted sales and sold area reached roughly 34.0 billion yuan and about 2.7 million square meters, respectively.
The company's stocks were down by over 9% at the closing.
