Venustech Group (SHE:002439) agreed to receive financial services from China Mobile's (HKG:0941, SHA:600941) unit, China Mobile Communications Group Finance, in a deal signed by both parties, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
The services will include deposits capped at 30 million yuan per year.
The agreement is valid until Dec. 31, 2027, the Chinese network security products provider said.
