Frasers Group Raises Stake in Marks Electrical Group

Marks Electrical Group said Mike Ashley's Frasers Group increased its shareholding in the company to 7.8% from 6.4%.

The London-listed online electrical retailer said Friday that Frasers now owns 8.2 million shares, worth 48.2 million pounds ($59.3 million) based on Thursday's closing price of 586 pence.
