Oria, a project by Hip Shing Hong, released its third price list and started selling Wednesday, The Standard reported Friday.
The project is offering 35 apartments starting from about HK$3.7 million or HK$16,897 per square foot, the report said.
Oria raked in HK$182 million in sales on Wednesday, according to the report.
Meanwhile Lohas Park's Grand Seasons project will launch sales of its first round of apartments next week, the report siad.
Grand Seasons is Phase 12C of the Lohas Park project jointly developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR (HKG:0066).
