Central China Management (HKG:9982) reported a profit attributable to the equity shareholders of 198.6 million yuan for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, compared with 303.9 million yuan in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share were 0.0559 yuan, compared with 0.0925 yuan from the year-ago period.
The company's revenue came in at 468.4 million yuan, a 22.7% decrease, compared with 605.7 million yuan in the previous year's period.
Due to the delay in publication of the audited annual results of the company for 2023, trading in the shares of the company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended since April 2, 2024 and will remain suspended until further notice.
