Hub Cyber Security (HUBC) said Thursday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire cybersecurity company BlackSwan Technologies in a stock-for-stock deal.
Financial details weren't provided.
Under terms of the agreement, following the deal's completion, expected next week, BlackSwan's shareholders will own about 31% of the merged entity on a fully diluted basis.
The companies have been collaborating for the last six months to close new contracts in "critical" use cases, including regulatory technology, HUB Cyber Security said.
