Miniso (MNSO) said Tuesday it has completed a $550 million equity-linked securities offering due 2032.
The securities bear an annual interest rate of 0.5%, which will be paid semiannually on Jan. 14 and July 14, the retailer said.
The company said the initial exchange price of the securities is set at 64.40 Hong Kong dollars ($8.27) per share, a 26.1% premium over the stock reference price, subject to certain adjustments.
Shares of the company were up 2.6% in recent trading.
