Tian Lun Gas Holdings' (HKG:1600) subsidiaries agreed to lease certain properties located at the intersection of Jiuru East Road and Huanghe East Road in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou, Chian, from Henan Tianlun Education Investment, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The properties are located at the intersection of Jiuru East Road and Huanghe East Road in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou.
Henan Tian Lun Gas Group will be leasing a property with a gross floor area of 5,606 square meters for an annual rent of 3.7 million yuan.
Henan Shoukai Construction Engineering will be leasing a property with a gross floor area of 1,193 square meters for an annual rent of 790,000 yuan.
Both subsidiaries have also agreed to engage Henan Xintianlun Property Management for the provision of property management services for the leased properties for the duration of the lease period.
Henan Tian Lun Gas Group will be paying 3.2 million yuan annually for property management services, while Henan Shoukai will be paying 680,000 per annum for the services.
